We do not have a minimum order policy, unless you are a retailer and buying wholesale. All products are listed online along with prices. We do not offer any larger discounts than what is already listed on our website.

Please double check items in your cart for accuracy. When order is processed, you will be emailed tracking number from the shipping company. Orders are processed 1-3 days before shipping and take 1-3 shipping days.

 

Contact us within 2 days after submitting order(s) to  cancel.  

We accept major credit/debit cards. Offline ordering is not available.

It is the strict policy that under no circumstances do we sell or give away any information you provide us with to any outside or third parties. We keep in the strictest confidence, any information you provide us with via E-mail, through our Online Store (via order submission, form submission, etc.), written, phone, mail, or any other form of transmission. This information is limited to our company use only for filling your order and/or for periodic offers and information we will send to you via E-mail from time to time, if you have chosen to subscribe to our mailing list. WE ALONE maintain this data and do not sell it, give it away, or share it with any unauthorized persons, companies, etc.

Personalize orders and Wholesale Inquiries

Customers with personalize orders should order in a timely fashion. Soap orders need 4 weeks because of the curing time, bath bombs and candles needs one week. Contact us at qualityhandmadesoaps@gmail.com with any requests.
