Most orders are processed 2 to 4 business days. This is because some items are made fresh. Lotions, bath bombs, and body butters are made once orders are placed. Order volume also plays a part in processing.
Please double check items in your cart to make sure you have what you want.
When order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking number and name of the shipping company.

We do not sell wholesale, but we do custom orders. If you are interested in a custom order, please email, info@qualityhandmadesoaps.com with details. If you are ordering soap, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for curing time.
