Shipping & Returns
We only ship in the continental US.
After order is processed, items will be shipped with UPS or FedEx with SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This is to protect and discourage your package from theft.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ADDRESS FOR ACCURACY! The system generates a ticket with the information that the customer enters. If the wrong address is entered, let us know ASAP so we can make the correction for you before shipping. But if the package is shipped and returned back to us due to wrong address, you will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost if you want it shipped back out. If you want a refund, one will be issued minus shipping cost.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once it's ready to ship. CHECK SPAM FOLDER IF YOU DON'T SEE THE EMAIL IN YOUR INBOX.
Shipping rates for our products are weight-based. So depending on the weight and the destination, the shipping prices will vary.
Once shipped, the shipping company is responsible for getting the package to you. If package is lost, please contact us so we can file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf. This process may take up to two months. Once claim is completed, you will receive an email with details.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept returns. However, if you were shipped the wrong items, please contact us right away and we will work together to find a solution.
