Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

For domestic shipping, items will be shipped with in 1-3 business days after order is paid. Most items will be shipped either First Class, Priority or other to accommodate buyer and seller. 

 

Once order is processed an email will be sent with a tracking number.

Shipping rates for our products are weight-based. So depending on the weight and the destination, the shipping prices will vary. 

If for any reason the package returns to Quality Handmade Soaps, a refund will be issued,  minus shipping.

We are now shipping INTERNATIONALLY!  Given today's climate, orders will be processed 1-3 days, but shipping will take longer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Quality Handmade Soaps' top priority is customer satisfaction, so we strive to make every purchase enjoyable.

 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept returns. However, if there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us  with 7 days and we will work together to find a solution.
